Charlie's Choice Steak Seasoning adds a new and delightful flavor to steak. Sprinkle generously, approximately one teaspoon per pound of meat. Steak may be cooked immediately, but I prefer to let steak stand for one or two hours. This really enhances the flavor. Contains seven sizes of naturally occurring flaked salt of extremely high purity. This combination of salt and other spices dissolves more slowly and brings out the natural, true flavor of steak. Seasoning may also be used on chicken, pork, roasts, and hamburgers.
Charlie's Choice Spicy Blend is an extraordinary blend of ingredients that enhance the flavor of your favorite foods. It has the same wonderful flavor of our original Charlie's Choice Steak Seasoning with a little extra "kick". Contains seven sizes of naturally occurring flaked salt of extremely high purity. This combination of salt and other spices dissolves more slowly and brings out the natural, true flavor of your favorite meats.
About Charlie's Choice:
The Charlie's Choice Story Charlie's Choice Seasoning was founded in 1980 by Charles White. Since the beginning, Charlie's Choice has been marketed in the southeast with very good acceptance from the consumer. Very high standards of quality are followed with respect to all ingredients used in the manufacturing of Charlie's Choice.
Early in 1988, Charlie White sold the business to Charlie Bird, a very close friend of many years. Therefore, a new blending facility was built with the same pride and high standards set by its founder. Charlie Bird successfully managed Charlie's Choice Seasoning for several years with the help of his immediate family. After Charlie Bird's untimely death in 1998, the business was taken over by his son, Charles Bird, Jr.(Chuck).
Chuck, and his wife Charlotte, have watched the business grow steadily over the last few years and decided that they needed to expand the manufacturing facility yet again. Therefore, they moved to a new location that had a larger, existing facility that could be altered to their specifications.
Charlie's Choice Steak Seasoning has been produced since 1980 & was our only product until 2005. In late 2005, after a friend suggested that we needed a spicier version of our original steak seasoning, we introduced Charlie's Choice Spicy Blend Seasoning. Both products are now being sold in stores all over the southeast and can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
All products in the Charlie's Choice line are manufactured by, managed by, owned by, and held in very high esteem by the Bird family. They feel that their image is portrayed by their label and they are very proud of Charlie's Choice products.
